From a young age, I’ve been deeply passionate about caring for babies and young children; a calling that led me to a very rewarding career in Midwifery. Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of families through pregnancy, birth, and those precious early weeks, gaining a deep understanding of the joys and challenges that come with welcoming a new baby.
Providing care during such intimate moments has shown me the power of empathy, reassurance, and connection. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where parents can feel confident, supported, and empowered, especially whilst learning nurturing skills like baby massage.
I trained in baby massage with the incredible Megan De Kok of Bibble & Bubble, learning beautiful techniques designed to comfort and soothe babies. This training inspired me to expand into sensory bathing and playful learning, leading to the creation of my Mama & Me Baby Spa, which launched in April 2024.
Today, I’m thrilled to offer a variety of experiences from gentle Baby Spa and Messy Play sessions to magical Mini Spa pamper days and Birthday Parties for little ones. Each experience is designed to help families bond, relax, and make memories that last a lifetime.

The Mama&Me Studio
Welcome to Mama & Me... a dedicated childrens spa, baby massage, and sensory studio located within FIT at 2 Hunter Street, East Kilbride, G74 4LZ. Nestled in the heart of the East Kilbride Village, our peaceful, elephant-themed studio is designed to nurture calm, connection, and confidence between you and your little one.
Inspired by the gentle, nurturing nature of elephants, every detail at Mama & Me reflects warmth, safety, and care. Elephants are known for their strong family bonds and loving protection which are qualities we bring to every experience we offer.
Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by soft mood lighting, gentle lullaby music, and the calming scent of child-safe aromatherapy oils, creating the perfect space for relaxation and bonding.
The studio is thoughtfully designed to suit every session, from tranquil Baby Spa and Messy Play classes to fun-filled Mini Spa Pamper Sessions and Birthday Parties. We transform the room to match each experience, creating a magical environment that feels fresh, inviting, and perfectly themed for the occasion.
Everything you need is provided; natural massage oils, fluffy towels, changing mats, and cozy pillows so that you can simply relax and enjoy your time together.
