But the experience at Mama & Me is more than just a sensory bath. After the calming water play, you’ll take part in a comprehensive baby massage session, led by Hannah, an experienced Midwife and certified baby massage instructor. Learn techniques to soothe and nurture your baby, addressing common newborn ailments such as colic, reflux, constipation and teething pain. Using complementary organic oils and luxurious spa products, your baby’s delicate skin will be treated with the utmost care. Not only do these practices enhance your baby’s overall well-being, but they also promote better circulation, improved sleep, and a foundation for a happier, healthier baby.

• Milk Bath: This soothing bath helps moisturise and nourish your baby's sensitive skin. It’s often used to treat conditions such as nappy rash, cradle cap, baby acne, eczema, and dermatitis. The fatty acids in breastmilk lock in moisture, preventing itching and irritation. As a 100% natural product, breastmilk is gentle and chemical-free. (Please bring approximately 5oz of your own unfrozen breastmilk should you book this package.)

• Fruit Bath: A refreshing, invigorating bath infused with citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, and grapefruits. These fruits provide natural astringent properties, cleanse the skin, and offer a zesty fragrance that enhances the bathing experience.

• Petal Bath: A luxurious bath infused with vibrant rose, lavender, and chamomile petals. This aromatic escape promotes relaxation and well-being, with calming fragrances to help alleviate stress and anxiety.
